Piemonte Chardonnay D.O.C

It is defined as the "noble" white vine par excellence for its well-known quality, above all thanks to its combination with a ground excellent for viticulture, a medium mix tending to sandy, marly, tufaceous of volcanic nature, present in only two areas in the world: Langhe and Monferrato.

The vinification process is carried out according to the latest technologies, such as very soft pressings and controlled spontaneous fermentations, thus maintaining its typicality.

Piedmont Chardonnay is a white wine, straw-yellow color with reflections ranging from wheat to amber, it is fresh both at smell and in mouth, with a nicely balanced and persistent body, overall very dainty.

Producer suggestion

It goes well with white meat or fish, even if the current trend seems to prefer it as a "whole meal".

Serve at a temperature of 8/10 ° C; if served at a slightly lower temperature it is an excellent aperitif and cocktail base.
