Brut Metodo Martinotti

The Martinotti Method Brut grows at a height of 150 meters above sea level, from vineyards that have an average age of 20 years. Sparkling wine made from selected grapes. Fresh, fruity, elegant wine with a fine and persistent perlage. The scent is delicately fruity with yeast notes. The taste is fresh, sparkling, fruity with a pleasant aftertaste. Soft pressing, filtration, fermentation at 20° C, second fermentation in autoclave, micro filtration, bottling. The colour is straw yellow.

Producer suggestion

To drink young. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 7-8°C
