Brut Metodo Classico

Sparkling wine made from a selection of the best grapes of Chardonnay and Pinot noir. Pressing, filtration, fermentation at 20° C, filtration, second fermentation in the bottle, bottle aging for 30 months, disgorgement, capping. The colour is straw yellow.

Producer suggestion

To drink young. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 7-8°C.
